Job summary

Spanaway Veterinary Clinic is seeking a Client Services Specialist to join the hospital team. You will work with lead CSR, Hospital Manager, and medical staff to deliver exceptional customer service, while ensuring smooth client and patient flow through the animal hospital.

Responsibilities include greeting clients, scheduling appointments, assisting with product sales, handling invoices, and maintaining a welcoming reception area.

Qualifications

• Experience in a front-desk or client-facing role is preferred.
• Basic math and cash handling skills required.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and manage check-in/check-out efficiently.
• Schedule clients for treatments, vaccines, and procedures.
• Send client reminders for health assessments and services.
• Pull patient charts and update records as needed.
• Assist clients with product recommendations and over-the-counter sales.
• Process invoices and collect payments per hospital policies.
• Provide information on emergencies and transport to hospital.
• Maintain waiting area and stock supplies.
• Prepare welcome letters and client information packets.
• Demonstrate knowledge of PIMS procedures.
