West Seattle Animal Hospital is seeking a dedicated Client Care Receptionist to join our team in Seattle. The CCR handles front-desk duties, greets clients, manages appointments, and supports the veterinary team with professional, compassionate service.

We value clear communication, organization, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. This full-time role includes a four-day schedule with Saturday availability and a comprehensive benefits package that supports you and your pets.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of customer-service experience in person and over the phone.
• Experience in an office or medical environment.
• At least one year of animal-care or veterinary experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients warmly and professionally.
• Answer and manage a multi-line phone system while balancing priorities.
• Schedule a variety of veterinary appointment types.
• Check clients and patients in and out.
• Coordinate communication between clients, veterinarians, technicians, and hospital staff.
• Maintain accurate electronic and paper patient records and client information.
• Prepare and process invoices and payments.
