Job summary

VCA Animal Hospitals seeks an experienced Client Service Representative. The CSR greets clients, schedules appointments, collects payments and explains services to pet owners, acting as the pivotal face of the practice.

Responsibilities include managing records, handling inquiries about products, and guiding pets to exam rooms while ensuring a clean, welcoming environment for every visit.

Qualifications

• Greet visitors and guide clients and their pets to exam rooms.
• Answer phones and schedule or confirm appointments.
• Place outbound follow-up calls to clients.
• Explain fees and process payments to clients.
• Educate clients on non-medical pet care and husbandry.

Responsibilities

• Manage medical records, reports and correspondence.
• Present and obtain products and services, including prescriptions.
• Maintain a neat and clean hospital environment inside and outside.
