Red Bank Veterinary Hospital is seeking a Client Service Representative to be the welcoming face of the hospital, assisting clients and coordinating front desk operations in a fast-paced specialty setting.

You will support doctors, veterinary technicians, and staff, ensuring an exceptional client experience while handling scheduling, payments, and administrative tasks with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Fluent English skills (speaking and reading) required.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients with professionalism and compassion.
• Check patients in and out for appointments.
• Schedule appointments and recheck visits.
• Coordinate front desk operations and support hospital workflow.
• Assist families through the euthanasia paperwork process with empathy and sensitivity.
• Discuss payment options and process client transactions.
• Process daily estimates and financial reports.
• Prepare schedules, maintain medical records, file documents, and complete administrative tasks.
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct urgent calls to the appropriate clinical team.
• Coordinate communication between clients, doctors, and veterinary staff.
• Support student training and mentorship opportunities as needed.
• Maintain a positive, organized, and client-focused environment.
