Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum three (3) years of specialty veterinary experience.
• Veterinary CSR or similar specialty veterinary support experience preferred.
• Fluent English skills (speaking and reading) required.

Responsibilities

• Manage voicemail, email inbox, and communications platforms promptly and professionally.
• Serve as liaison between clients, doctors, technicians, and referring veterinarians.
• Coordinate scheduling, referrals, and follow-up per department protocols.
• Provide client education materials and support understanding of processes.
• Escalate complex medical questions to the appropriate clinical team as needed.
