Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Weekend availability may be required.
• Previous veterinary experience preferred.
• OSHA safety techniques including PPE are practiced.

Responsibilities

• Lead opening/closing procedures per manager instructions.
• Maintain front desk, reception area, and patient records.
• Process payments and manage accounts.
• Schedule clinic appointments and ensure proper workflow.
• Update client/patient files and send reminders.
• Provide warm, professional client interactions and address concerns.
