Companion Veterinary Pharmacy in Raleigh, NC is seeking a customer service representative to handle client interactions, scheduling medication pick-ups, processing payments, and relaying prescription information to clients as directed by the pharmacist.

You will maintain confidential client records, assist with administrative tasks, and support process improvements using technology to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year administrative experience, preferably within a veterinary or healthcare setting.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Familiarity with veterinary software is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Handling difficult clients/situations and escalating to management when appropriate
• Greeting and interacting with clients in a friendly, professional, efficient manner
• Receiving and managing incoming calls
• Processing payments
• Relaying prescription information to clients as directed by the pharmacist or pharmacy technician
• Maintain and update client records and patient information
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and inventory management
• Address and resolve client concerns or issues promptly and courteously
• Maintaining and promoting a clean/organized work environment
• Other duties as assigned
