Job summary

Cleveland Park Animal Hospital of Greer is seeking a full-time customer service representative to support clients and their pets in person at our Greer, SC location. This role emphasizes friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced environment with high stress at times.

You will manage scheduling, process prescriptions, handle payments, and maintain accurate records while providing compassionate care to every client and patient.

Qualifications

• 1 year veterinary experience required.
• 1 year customer service experience required.
• Must love pets.
• Must be a people person.

Responsibilities

• Strong computer and phone skills
• Exceptional record keeping
• Multi-tasking and triage, scheduling appointments, walk‑ins, and/or emergencies
• Processing prescription refill requests
• Admitting and discharging multiple patients at once
• Light housekeeping
• Over-the-counter sales
• Accurately process invoices and payments when services are rendered
• Provide consistent quality customer service to every client and patient
