Vets Pets in Raleigh, NC seeks a client-facing Customer Service Representative to schedule medication pick-ups, discuss pet medications with clients, issue invoices and process payments, while maintaining accurate records.

You will escalate issues to management, relay prescription details to clients as directed by the pharmacist, assist with administrative tasks, and uphold a clean, organized front desk to ensure a smooth client experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of administrative experience, preferably in a veterinary or healthcare setting.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Familiarity with veterinary software is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handling difficult clients and escalating to management when appropriate.
• Greeting and interacting with clients in a friendly, professional, efficient manner.
• Receiving and managing incoming calls.
• Processing payments.
