World of Animals, Mayfair, part of the Suveto network of hospitals, is seeking an experienced Client Services Representative to join our team. You will provide high quality customer service to our clients, support doctors and staff, and ensure compassionate, respectful care for pets.

Key duties include greeting clients, checking in/out, scheduling, processing payments, handling records, and assisting with daily administrative tasks.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in client services preferred.
• At least 1 year in veterinary field required.
• Must be computer literate with basic software navigation.
• Excellent communication and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Greet clients at the front desk and manage check-in/out.
• Schedule rechecks and manage clinic flow.
• Explain vaccination terms and protocols.
• Assist clients with euthanasia paperwork and aftercare.
• Discuss payment options with clients.
• Respond to client texts/emails and process records.
• Maintain knowledge of extension numbers to reach staff.
• Assist in emergency triage by expediting calls to staff.
