Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1-2 years of clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Greeting clients and patients, answering telephones, scheduling and confirming appointments; placing outbound calls for follow-ups and outreach to prospective clients.
• Requesting medical records and maintaining client and patient accounts.
• Presenting and explaining treatment plans and payment options.
• Recommending products or services to clients based on pet’s needs.
• Answering questions regarding products and services, including educating clients on general animal husbandry and non-medical pet care.
• Managing medical records, charts, reports and correspondence.
• Maintaining a clean and well-organized reception area, exam rooms and client-facing areas.
