Job summary

Animal Hospital of East Davie is seeking an outgoing Client Service Representative to be the welcoming face at our Advance, NC-based Davie Dog House. You will manage appointments, handle multi-line phones, and assist clients with information about services from wellness visits to boarding and grooming.

The role emphasizes compassionate service, organization, and teamwork in a busy pet-care environment. This is a full-time position with a predictable schedule and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a customer service, reception, or client-facing role
• Previous veterinary receptionist or healthcare front-desk experience preferred
• Experience with boarding and grooming facilities is preferred
• Proficiency in managing a multi-phone line system while assisting in-person clients
• Experience working with veterinary practice management software, especially Avimark, preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to provide compassionate, professional service during routine and emotionally sensitive situations
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars preferred
• Ability to accurately process payments and maintain financial records
