Job summary

Veterinary Hospital at the Lake in Sherrills Ford, NC seeks a Client Service Representative to deliver an exceptional client experience. You will manage the front desk, reception, and appointment tracking while maintaining medical records and daily office tasks.

Weekend availability is required; a high school diploma or equivalent is needed, and prior veterinary experience is preferred. OSHA PPE practices apply. Benefits are provided, supporting doctors and clients throughout visits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior veterinary experience preferred.
• Client satisfaction references preferred.
• OSHA safety techniques including proper PPE.

Responsibilities

• Leads practice opening and closing procedures per instructions.
• Maintains front desk, reception area, waiting area and exam rooms.
• Processes cash, checks, and card payments; manages accounts as needed.
• Schedules appointments aligned with Doctor preferences and clinic workflow.
• Updates client/patient files and sends client correspondence.
• Sends reminder notices and calls clients from a callback list.
• Performs daily posting of transactions and backup of computer data.
• Greets clients with a warm, friendly demeanor and ensures a positive visit.
• Answers calls with proper etiquette and conveys instructions clearly.
• Informs clients about medications, take-home items and new client kits.
• Handles emergencies per clinic policies with care and calm demeanor.
• Addresses client concerns to ensure satisfaction.
