Job summary

Triangle Veterinary Referral Hospital of Holly Springs is seeking a Client Services Representative to support our specialty and ER team. The role handles front-desk duties, scheduling, client communications, and basic medical support when needed.

You will work a full-time schedule on a 5-day rotation, with a current shift of 12PM-10PM and additional part-time weekday/weekend hours available. Growth opportunities exist in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of related experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to clients in person and by phone.
• Assist with check-in/check-out, paperwork, and payments.
• Manage appointment schedule and client records in the hospital system.
• Direct emergency calls to medical team.
• Maintain reception area and assist with front desk duties.
• Answer questions and direct clients to appropriate team members.
• Monitor client flow from arrival to discharge.
• Perform light cross-training with basic medical skills as needed.
• Maintain professional and compassionate interactions with clients.
• Ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping.
