Carolina Animal Specialty & Emergency Hospital in Hickory, NC is seeking an experienced Full-Time Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative to support our Specialty team, primarily in Surgery and Rehabilitation. You will welcome clients, schedule appointments, manage check-in/out, and coordinate with veterinarians and technicians to ensure smooth patient flow and quality client service.

This role offers a first-shift schedule, full-time benefits, and starting pay of $16 per hour,

Qualificações

• At least 2 years of veterinary reception or CSR experience.
• Previous experience working in a veterinary hospital.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to stay calm in emotionally challenging situations.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and support clients throughout their visit.
• Coordinate specialty care: schedule appointments and manage check-in/out.
• Communicate with veterinarians, technicians, and other departments.
• Manage records and payments: invoices and documentation.
• Assist with reception coverage for Internal Medicine and Emergency when needed.
• Maintain an organized reception area.
