Job summary

Lake Harriet Veterinary in Minneapolis seeks an experienced Customer Service Representative for a full-time position. The CSR will recruit new clients, promote hospital services, schedule visits, and coordinate care for pets while delivering friendly, knowledgeable service.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in retail/customer service, a background in medical facilities preferred, and strong communication and organizational skills. Flexible scheduling and a supportive team environment are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years in retail sales or customer service preferred.
• Experience in a medical facility desired.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and pets and educate on preventive care.
• Document and enter pet history and services in the software.
• Direct flow of clients to ensure smooth patient care.
• Schedule appointments and follow-up exams with veterinarians.
• Dispense items per veterinarian instructions and sell retail products.
• Handle cash and perform daily reconciliation.
• Respond to complaints professionally and resolve issues.
