Lakeview Animal Clinic in Wisconsin is seeking a Client Service Representative (CSR) to deliver exceptional client experiences and support daily practice operations. You will greet clients, schedule appointments, and manage basic medical records with a friendly, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Front desk and client service experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks calmly and accurately.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.
• Weekend availability may be required.
• Knowledge of veterinary office terminology a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leads practice opening and closing procedures per Practice Manager instructions.
• Assists in the front desk, reception and waiting areas to ensure a welcoming environment.
• Schedules appointments and maintains client/patient records.
• Processes cash, checks and card payments, and manages accounts as needed.
• Sends reminders and conducts recalls to clients on a timely basis.
• Maintains cleanliness of public areas and assists with daily workflows.
• Handles emergency situations per clinic policies and procedures.
