Job summary

Lake Harriet Veterinary in Minneapolis is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative for a full‑time position in a seven-doctor practice. You will greet clients and their pets, schedule visits, process payments, and support the veterinary team to deliver high‑quality care in a busy practice.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1+ years experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
• Experience in a medical facility desired

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and pets, educating the clients about preventative care and pet health needs
• Schedule client appointments and coordinate the care flow through the hospital
• Handle payments and cash management; daily reconciliation of the cash drawer
• Assist incoming clients; document and enter pet history and services in the practice management software
• Provide excellent client service and support a collaborative veterinary team
