Mission Animal Clinic in Mission, KS is seeking a Client Service Representative to provide exceptional client experiences and handle practice administration. The CSR will manage reception, records, appointments, payments, and communications with clients and patients, ensuring smooth daily operations.

The role demands strong customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work weekends as needed. Prior veterinary experience is preferred and OSHA safety practices are expected.

Qualifications

• Weekend work required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous veterinary experience preferred.
• Client satisfaction references preferred.
• Practices OSHA safety techniques including proper PPE.

Responsibilities

• Lead practice opening and closing procedures per Manager instructions.
• Ensure front desk and waiting areas are clean and presentable.
• Process cash, checks, and card payments.
• Schedule appointments adhering to doctor preferences.
• Assist in updating client/patient files and documentation.
• Prepare and send client correspondence and reminders.
• Perform backups and daily posting of business activities.
• Greet clients and patients with a friendly demeanor.
• Answer calls with proper telephone etiquette.
• Present medications and take-home items to clients.
• Handle emergencies following clinic policies.
• Address client concerns calmly to ensure satisfaction.
