Job summary

Lakefield Veterinary Group in Gig Harbor, WA seeks a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to actively recruit new clients and promote hospital services. You will welcome clients and pets, schedule visits, and help manage the flow of patients to support the veterinary team.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in retail or customer service, basic medical terminology knowledge, and strong communication skills to educate clients about preventive care and generate referrals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
• Experience in a medical facility desired.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology.
• Strong customer relations and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
