Responsibilities
- Provide professional, efficient and exceptional service at all times.
- Educate clients about wellness plans and hospital services.
- Assist incoming clients with documentation and pet info in the system.
- Dispense prescriptions and sell retail products as directed by veterinarian.
- Maintain accurate balances and follow opening/closing procedures.
- Conduct administrative tasks as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
