Banfield Pet Hospital seeks a Client Service Coordinator to deliver exceptional client care and smooth hospital flow for pets and families. You will greet clients, collect and enter pet information, and support the veterinary team with preventive care education and wellness plan discussions.

Qualifications

• Leadership and client-focused mindset required to drive service quality.
• Strong communication and listening skills for patient and client education.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple client/pet interactions.
• Knowledge of Preventative care and Optimum Wellness Plans (OWPs).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Promote hospital services and guide clients and pets to maximize care and productivity.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and pet health needs.
• Assist with check-in/check-out, documentation and pet history in the system.
• Dispense prescribed items and sell retail products per veterinarian instructions.
• Schedule appointments and manage accurate balances and opening/closing procedures.
