Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital seeks a Client Service Coordinator to manage client and patient flow, ensuring a welcoming, efficient visit experience. You will educate clients on wellness plans, process registrations, invoices, and scheduling, while supporting the veterinary team.

The role requires excellent English communication, multitasking, and a proactive client service mindset in a fast-paced animal care setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year related experience required with customer service preferred.
• Medical background (veterinary technician, human healthcare, pharmaceutical, etc.) with medical terminology training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Live and exemplify the Five Principles of Banfield within self and team.
• Actively recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and routing flow of clients and pets.
• Maximize the number of pets seen by the hospital team through a productive, efficiently run hospital.
• Provide professional, efficient and exceptional service at all times; educate clients about their pet's health.
