Banfield Pet Hospital in Tigard, Oregon is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to guide clients and pets through the hospital, ensuring smooth scheduling and high-quality care. The role focuses on welcoming clients, collecting accurate pet information, and supporting the veterinary team for efficient operations.

You will promote Optimum Wellness Plans, coordinate appointments, and handle front-desk tasks with professionalism.

Responsabilidades

• Live and exemplify the Five Principles of Mars.
• Recruit new clients and route flow to maximize productivity.
• Maximize the number of pets seen to support wellness plan clients.
• Provide professional, efficient service and educate clients.
• Educate clients about OWPs and preventative care.
• Assist incoming clients with documentation and pet data entry.
• Assist outgoing clients with instructions, invoices, prescriptions, scheduling.
• Manage finances with accurate balances and standard opening/closing procedures.
• Conduct administrative functions.
• Other duties as assigned.
