Banfield Pet Hospital in Dallas, TX is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive client and pet flow, support a productive veterinary team, and ensure welcoming service that encourages visits and referrals.

You'll handle client onboarding, educate about Optimum Wellness Plans, manage documentation and invoicing, and uphold the Five Principles while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Responsibilities

• Live and exemplify Mars Five Principles within self and team.
• Recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and route flow of clients and pets.
• Maximize pets seen by maintaining an efficient hospital workflow.
• Provide friendly, professional service; educate clients about pet health.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and hospital services.
• Assist clients with documentation, pet data entry, and ID tagging.
• Disseminate invoices, sell retail items, and schedule follow-up visits.
• Manage finances with opening/closing procedures and accuracy.
• Perform other administrative duties as needed.
