Job summary

Canine Country Club and Wellness Center in Dallas, TX is seeking a full-time Veterinary Client Service Representative (CSR) to join a fast-paced pet-focused team. You will be the first and last contact, greeting clients and their pets, scheduling appointments, and handling payments, with a focus on an exceptional client experience and accurate records.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of customer service experience; veterinary exposure preferred, and strong computer/scheduling system skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience required (veterinary experience preferred).
• Experience in a veterinary hospital, pet care facility, or medical office strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with computers and scheduling systems.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and pets with professionalism and warmth.
• Answer multi-line phones and schedule appointments efficiently.
• Check patients in and out accurately.
• Process payments and maintain accurate financial records.
• Educate clients on services, wellness plans, and preventative care.
