Canine Country Club and Wellness Center in Dallas, TX seeks a full-time Veterinary Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. You will be the first and last contact for clients, greeting pets and guiding appointments, payments, and care discussions.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience required (veterinary experience preferred).
• Experience in a veterinary hospital, pet care facility, or medical office strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with computers and scheduling systems.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and pets with professionalism and warmth.
• Answer multi-line phones and schedule appointments efficiently.
• Check patients in and out accurately.
• Process payments and maintain accurate financial records.
• Educate clients on services, wellness plans, and preventative care.
• Maintain accurate medical records in the practice management system.
• Coordinate with veterinary assistants, technicians, and doctors to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Manage appointment scheduling to optimize hospital efficiency.
• Support boarding and grooming service coordination when needed.
• Provide clear explanations of hospital policies and services.
• Handle client concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold high customer service standards.
