Job summary

VCA Woodland Animal Hospital is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the first and last point of contact for clients. The CSR will manage scheduling, client communication, and records, while supporting the medical team in a fast-paced veterinary hospital.

The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent communication, compassion for animals, and the ability to handle multiple priorities with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients warmly and professionally.
• Schedule appointments accurately and confirm them.
• Maintain accurate client and patient records in the system.
• Process check-ins and check-outs and handle payments.
• Assist with prescription pickup and pharmacy processes.
• Work collaboratively with veterinarians, assistants, and staff.
• Protect client confidentiality and follow hospital policies.
• Adapt to busy periods and maintain a positive, solutions-focused approach.
