Responsibilities

• Recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and routing clients and pets for efficient care.
• Maximize pets seen by ensuring a productive, well-run hospital to support wellness plans.
• Provide exceptional service; welcome clients and educate them about pet health.
• Assist clients with documentation, pet information, invoices, prescriptions and scheduling.
• Maintain accurate balances and follow opening/closing procedures; perform administrative tasks.
