Qualifications

• Fluent English in reading, writing and speaking.
• One year of related experience with customer service preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and animals, ensuring a welcoming, efficient visit.
• Route clients and pets to appropriate team members to maximize productivity.
• Educate clients about wellness plans, preventive care and services.
• Handle check-in/check-out, documentation and appointment scheduling.
• Assist with invoices, prescriptions, and retail product sales.
