VCA Alameda East Veterinary Hospital is seeking a friendly, patient-focused Client Service Representative for day shifts. You’ll be the welcoming face, manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and help clients understand care options for their pets.

Qualifications

• Experience in veterinary or healthcare customer service is preferred.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced hospital environment.
• Strong communication skills and professionalism in person and on the phone.
• Willingness to learn and grow through continuing education and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and their pets warmly and professionally.
• Answer multi-line phones and assist clients with empathy.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate emergencies and specialty visits.
• Explain treatment estimates and process payments accurately.
• Educate clients about hospital services and preventive care.
• Collaborate with veterinarians, technicians, and leadership to ensure a great client experience.
