Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital in Wisconsin seeks a Client Service Coordinator to drive the flow of clients and pets, maximize veterinary team productivity, and communicate effectively with clients and associates. The CSC will assist with documentation, scheduling, and invoicing while supporting a smooth hospital operation and high-quality client care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year related experience preferred, with customer service background.

Responsibilities

• Live by the Five Principles of Mars, Inc.
• Recruit new clients and route clients and pets to maximize productivity.
• Maximize the number of pets seen and ensure a welcoming environment.
• Provide professional, efficient service and educate clients about pet health.
• Assist clients with documentation, entering pet information, and scheduling appointments.
• Manage finances and perform opening/closing procedures.
• Conduct general administrative tasks as needed.
