Kitty Hawk Animal Hospital is seeking a friendly and proactive Client Services Representative to join our team in San Antonio. You will greet clients, handle payments, and manage appointments with precision, while maintaining accurate patient records in our Practice Management System.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of customer service experience, comfort with computers, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Training will be provided to learn veterinary specifics.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of professional customer service experience.
• Familiar with basic computer functions and able to manage a multi-line telephone.
• Experience with scheduling and payment processing in a veterinary or medical setting is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Schedule appointments for pets using the scheduling system.
• Greet clients with a warm smile and offer assistance.
• Record transactions in the Practice Management System to maintain client records.
