Job summary

Kirby Family Vet is seeking a Client Service Representative (CSR) to deliver an exceptional client experience at the front desk and reception areas in the San Antonio region. You will manage appointments, client records and cash handling while supporting the veterinary team with administrative duties.

The role emphasizes patience, teamwork, and clear communication with clients and doctors. Weekend availability and OSHA compliance are required as part of ongoing clinic operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous veterinary experience preferred.
• Ability to work on weekends as required.
• OSHA safety techniques including proper PPE.

Responsibilities

• Lead opening and closing procedures per Manager instructions.
• Maintain front desk, reception, waiting area and exam rooms cleanliness.
• Process cash, checks, card payments and credit accounts.
• Schedule appointments adhering to doctor preferences and workflow.
• Update client/patient files and send client correspondence.
• Greet clients and patients with a warm, professional manner.
