Job summary

Kirby Family Vet in San Antonio is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional client experiences while handling front-desk duties, records, and appointment tracking.

The CSR collaborates with doctors and team members, manages cash operations, and maintains veterinary records with accuracy. Weekend availability and a high school diploma are required; prior veterinary experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Weekend availability required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior veterinary experience preferred
• OSHA safety techniques including proper PPE

Responsibilities

• Leads practice opening and closing procedures per Practice Manager instructions.
• Ensures clean and presentable public areas including front desk and waiting area.
• Processes cash, checks, card payments and credit accounts.
• Schedules appointments and maintains client/patient records.
• Updates client/patient files and sends correspondence.
• Handles client communications with empathy and professionalism.
