Kirby Family Vet in San Antonio is seeking a dedicated Client Service Representative to manage reception, client interactions, appointment tracking, and basic record maintenance. You will ensure a smooth client experience and accurate data entry while supporting daily clinic operations.

Under the Practice Manager, you will handle cash administration, reminders, and communications with clients. Weekend availability is preferred to support patient care and clinic flow.

Formación

• Competencies include patience, collaboration, communication, active listening, organization, and client satisfaction.
• Weekend work availability is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required, veterinary experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Leads practice opening and closing procedures per Manager instructions.
• Cleans and maintains front desk, waiting area, and exam rooms.
• Processes cash, checks, and card payments; maintains financial records.
• Schedules appointments per Doctor preferences; ensures appropriate workflow.
• Updates client/patient files and sends client correspondence.
• Sends reminders and conducts follow-ups from callback lists.
• Performs regular backups and daily posting of business activities.
• Welcomes clients and patients with a warm, friendly demeanor; ensures a positive visit.
• Answers calls using proper etiquette; provides medications/instructions as needed.
