MedVet in Ohio is seeking a Veterinary Client Service Representative to be the first contact for our clients, ensuring compassionate, efficient interactions across the MedVet Experience. You will manage hospital organization, medical records, and financial policies while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll greet clients, answer phones, escort pets, handle payments, and support team collaboration with strong communication and data entry accuracy.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and enter data accurately.
• Experience in veterinary setting is preferred.
