Ideal candidates have solid English communication skills, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across teams and with clients.
• Ability to multi‑task and maintain accuracy in busy hospital environment.
• Familiarity with basic computer systems and medical or veterinary terminology helpful.

Responsibilities

• Guide the flow of clients and pets through the hospital to maximize productivity.
• Provide friendly, professional service and educate clients about services and wellness plans.
• Assist with documentation, pet data entry, and dispensing items per veterinarian instructions.
• Schedule appointments and manage invoices, balancing openings and closings.
• Support the veterinary team with effective communication and workflow coordination.
