Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital seeks a Client Service Coordinator to drive client flow, coordinate pet care, and support a high-performing veterinary team. You will promote services, educate owners on wellness plans, and ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes to deliver excellent client experiences.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a customer-first mindset; weekend and evening hours may be required in a busy hospital environment.

Qualifications

• One year related experience required with customer service preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Live and exemplify the Five Principles of Mars, Inc. within self and team.
• Actively recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and route flow of clients and pets.
• Maximize the number of pets seen by the hospital team to support wellness plan clients.
• Provide professional, efficient and exceptional service at all times; welcome clients and patients and educate them about pet health.
• Educate clients about OWPs and preventive care.
• Assist incoming clients with documentation and entering pet information in the computer.
• Assist outgoing clients with instructions, invoices, prescriptions, products, and scheduling.
• Manage finances with accurate balances and proper opening/closing procedures.
• Conduct administrative functions as necessary.
