MedVet Associates, Ltd is seeking a Veterinary Client Service Representative in Dayton to deliver superior client service and support hospital operations. You will handle client check-ins, phone calls, and pet escorts, while managing medical records, payments, and correspondence with care and professionalism.

Ideal candidates communicate clearly, stay composed under pressure, and work well in a busy team. Prior veterinary office experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task and enter data accurately
• Practical knowledge of hospital organization, veterinary terminology, medical records and financial policies/transactions
• Must maintain compassionate yet professional composure in stressful situations

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in clients
• Answer telephones and transfer calls
• Escort clients and their pets to exam rooms
• Manage medical records, charts, reports and correspondence
