MedVet in Dayton, Ohio is seeking a Veterinary Client Service Representative to deliver outstanding client service and support to our emergency and specialty teams. This role handles front-desk interactions, data entry, payment processing, and coordination of patient flow while maintaining a compassionate and professional demeanor.

The candidate will manage medical records, assist with client questions, and ensure a smooth MedVet experience for clients and their pets.

Qualifications

• Ability to remain composed in stressful and emotional situations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent client service skills and phone etiquette.
• Attention to detail, self-motivated and able to work in a team or autonomously.
• Comfort with fast-paced environment and flexible hours.
• Basic computer skills including Word and Excel.
• Previous experience in veterinary setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in clients.
• Answer telephones and transfer calls.
• Escort clients and their pets to exam rooms.
• Manage medical records, charts, reports and correspondence.
• Discuss payment options and process payments.
• Maintain a neat and clean lobby.
