Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospitals is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive the flow of clients and pets, ensuring a welcoming and efficient hospital environment. You will promote wellness plans, educate clients on preventive care, and assist with paperwork, prescriptions, and scheduling to support a high-performing veterinary team.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and at least one year of related experience; weekend/evening shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old to perform duties involving radiography (x‑ray).
• One year related experience preferred.
• Medical background with medical terminology training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive flow of clients and pets through the hospital and maximize productivity of the veterinary team.
• Promote hospital services and educate clients on Optimum Wellness Plans and preventive care.
• Assist clients with documentation, pet information, and scheduling; provide invoices and prescriptions as needed.
• Maintain accurate balances and follow opening and closing procedures.
• Provide exceptional, friendly service and ensure clients and pets are comfortable in the hospital.
• Support other duties as assigned by the Practice Manager.
