Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive client and pet flow, support a high-productivity veterinary team and deliver welcoming, accurate service. The role emphasizes client education on wellness plans, preventive care, and hospital services, while ensuring efficient operations and smooth administrative processes.

The CSC supports both client satisfaction and hospital productivity by guiding visits, handling documentation, and coordinating appointments.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task with multiple tasks and maintain accuracy under distraction.
• Fluent English in reading, writing, and speaking with proper grammar and vocabulary.
• Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication.
• Organizational skills and ability to create order from chaos.
• Problem solving and practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Live and exemplify the Five Principles of Mars, Inc. within self and team.
• Actively recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and routing flow of clients and pets for productivity.
• Maximize pets seen by maintaining an efficiently run hospital.
• Provide professional, efficient service; welcome clients and pets and educate them about health.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans, preventive care and services.
• Assist incoming clients with documentation and pet history in the computer.
• Assist outgoing clients with instructions, invoices, prescriptions, products, and scheduling.
• Manage finances with accurate balances and closing procedures.
• Conduct administrative functions as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
