Job summary

Banfield is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive client and pet flow through the hospital, promote services, and ensure outstanding customer care. The role emphasizes welcoming, educating, and facilitating wellness visits to support a high-quality hospital experience.

The CSC will assist with documentation, invoicing, prescriptions, product sales, and scheduling while maintaining professional communication with clients and team members.

Responsibilities
