Job summary

Banfield is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive client and pet flow through a busy hospital, ensuring top-tier service and smooth clinic operations. You will educate clients on wellness plans, assist with registrations and scheduling, and support the veterinary team to maximize daily patient throughput.

The role emphasizes strong communication, multi-tasking, and a proactive attitude to help clients feel welcomed and informed while maintaining accurate records and efficient clinic

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Live and exemplify the Five Principles of Mars, Inc. within self and team.
• Recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and routing clients and pets for optimal care.
• Maximize the number of pets seen by the hospital team through an efficiently run facility.
• Provide professional, efficient service and welcome clients and pets.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and preventive care; enter pet history accurately.
• Assist outgoing clients with instructions, invoices, prescriptions, and scheduling.
• Maintain finances with accurate balances and standard opening/closing procedures.
• Conduct administrative functions as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
