• Route clients and pets to ensure superior care and productivity of the team.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans, preventive care and services.
• Assist incoming clients with documentation and pet history in the computer system.
• Provide instructions, invoices, and prescriptions for outgoing clients; schedule appointments.
• Enter pet information and correct identification details; ensure prompt service.
• Manage financial tasks including openings, closings and daily balances.
• Handle administrative duties and other tasks as assigned.
