Responsibilities

• Promote hospital services and route clients and pets to ensure smooth flow and max productivity.
• Maximize number of pets seen by maintaining an efficient hospital workflow.
• Provide professional, efficient, and exceptional service; welcome clients and educate them about pet health.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans, preventative care, and hospital services.
• Assist incoming clients with documentation and enter pet information and history in the system.
• Provide discharge instructions, information, and invoices; dispense items per vet's instructions; schedule follow-ups.
• Manage finances with accurate balances and proper opening/closing procedures.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed.
• Support other duties as assigned.
