Qualifications

• MUST HAVE 1 YEAR OF PRIOR VETERINARY RECEPTIONIST EXPERIENCE
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Ability to multi-task in a busy veterinary setting

Responsibilities

• Drive the flow of clients and pets through the hospital to maximize productivity
• Actively recruit new clients and promote hospital services
• Welcome clients and pets, ensuring comfort and education on pet health
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and preventive care
• Complete required documentation and enter pet history in the system
• Provide instructions, invoices, dispense prescriptions, and schedule visits
• Manage finances with accurate balances and proper opening/closing procedures
• Perform administrative tasks as needed and other duties as assigned
