The role emphasizes English communication, multi-tasking, and strong organizational skills to maintain smooth front-desk and clinical processes while educating clients about pet health and preventive care.

Qualifications

• Reads, writes and speaks fluent English.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple client/pet flows.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Organizational ability to keep hospital flow orderly.
• Problem solving skills for client needs and invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Drive client and pet flow through the hospital to maximize productivity.
• Promote hospital services and Wellness Plans to clients.
• Educate clients about pet health and preventive care.
• Assist clients with documentation, pet data entry and ID tagging.
• Provide instructions, invoices, and scheduling for future visits.
• Manage opening/closing procedures and balances.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed.
