Banfield Pet Hospital in Hillsboro, OR seeks a part-time Client Service Coordinator to drive client and pet flow and support a high-functioning veterinary team. You will greet clients, assist with documentation, and promote Optimum Wellness Plans while ensuring a welcoming, efficient visit.

The role emphasizes strong communication, multitasking, and attention to detail, with a compensation range reflecting hourly pay in the local market.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old to perform duties involving radiography (x-ray) and exposure to radioactive substances.
• One year related experience required with customer service preferred.
• Medical background (veterinary technician, human healthcare, pharmaceutical, etc.) with medical terminology training is preferred

Responsibilities

• Drive client and pet flow through the hospital to maximize productivity.
• Provide professional, efficient and exceptional service at all times.
• Educate clients about wellness plans and hospital services.
• Assist with documentation, check-in/out, and scheduling.
• Handle invoices and retail sales, while following opening/closing procedures.
